Drivers who are looking for practicality, affordability, and luxury won’t find a better option than the 2013 Nissan Altima. If you pop the hood on the Nissan Altima, you’re likely to meet a new best friend, a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that works alongside a continuously variable transmission (more commonly known as a CVT) to bring you 182-horsepower for you to use in any which way you choose. Drivers who are looking for something a little more impressive than simple adequacy should opt for the 3.5-liter V6 that will bring home 270 horsepower. In my opinion, the V6 suits the Altima way more than the four-cylinder. It just seems right. Like a suit on a lawyer, a uniform on a cop, or four legs on a dog. Regardless of which pairing you decide to take home, you are guaranteed to be pleased with the Altima’s excellent fuel economy which stands at an average of 27/31* mpg city/highway with the four-cylinder.

The Nissan Altima’s interior is absolutely gorgeous and you are likely to fall head over heels as soon as you open the door. The 2013 Nissan Altima Chicago only utilizes the highest quality materials and high-tech features which allows the Altima to go toe to toe with any other vehicle in its class. The Altima is also very spacious, making it the absolute perfect family car. Just think about it, when you think “family car”, what do you think of? Dreary colors, cloth seats, cheap materials… yeah, I get chills just thinking about it. The Altima also has perfect seats that you won’t mind drifting right into after work. What makes these seats so perfect? They’re “zero-gravity” seats that offer extra support all the way around. As for interior features, the Altima offers a few cool things like Bluetooth and pushbutton start, but you’ll have to opt in for higher trim levels to get the full monty. Higher end trims will include things like satellite radio and hands-free next messaging. Drivers can even take home optional features like a touch-screen display if they would like to shell out a little more money. Chicago Nissan dealers say that the 2013 Nissan Altima is the absolute best choice if you want high quality for a low price.
The 2013 Nissan Altima Chicago is also incredibly safe. Unfortunately, we don’t have any word from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to back up that statement since its still a bit too early for 2013 models, but we certainly aren’t expecting anything less than perfect scores. However, the Altima does include quite a few safety features to keep us at ease like 40wheel disc brakes, electronic stability control, 4-wheel ABS, brake assist, child safety locks, emergency trunk release, traction control, and much more. Overall, this is certainly a vehicle that you can’t feel safe strapping your children into everyday. This vehicle will serve you and your family well for many years to come so long as you keep up with routine maintenance, which Chicago Nissan dealers will be more than happy to help you with.
