Yesterday, I came by the dealership after work to get another temporary sticker.
Although you had already left for the day, I wanted to let you know that your staff was very helpful.
First I met with my salesman, Demetrius that was right on the money. Recognized who I was and showed an genuine interest in making sure I was taking care of. He immediately got someone to help me.
I don’t remember the young man's name, (thinks its Jonathan) but was very knowledgeable and assisted me in with all my questions. He made sure that I got the sticker and told me that someone should call me in the next day or so to go and pick up my plates. He also, had the referral check for Shelby cut and ready to go.
I was very impressed by the promptness and professionalism shown by the two gentlemen.
So, please let them know that I really appreciate their time in taking care of me yesterday.

Just totally professional. The salesperson was Booker McGee. Mr. McGee was just fantastic. They were professional. They were attentive. They listened well. They assisted me and wanted to know what my desires were. They went about trying to satisfy what I needed in a vehicle. They were very courteous and prompt. They always returned my calls, Mr. McGee did whenever I called him. The manager of the establishment was wonderful. Everybody there was just nice and helpful. The other salespeople, the one, there's a gentleman there by the name of the Sam. I don't recall his last name, who went through the last review, I guess you could say of the operational part of the car at the time that I picked it up, just splendid. Mr. McGee was nice like I said, Man was simply wonderful. Every dealership needs a salesperson like that, because I had gone to a number of places looking at cars, but I must say that exceeded them all. Yes. All the employees were just wonderful. Like I said, Mr. Booker, Booker McGee was my salesperson. He was fantastic. Sam, who explained the operational part of the car and everything told me, because Mr. McGee was not in the day that I picked it up. He told me if I had any problems whatsoever, any questions, manager of the dealership did too. He said, "I'm telling you now, whatever it is that you're concerned about, let us know." He said, "But I'm going to tell you, first let me know, because I'm in charge of this place, see that it runs well." They were fantastic. They were nice, very cordial, like I said, professional, attentive, they were nice. Even people who were there when maybe my salesperson had to walk away for whatever reason. Somebody else would come by. "Are you being helped? Are you all right? Can I do this for you? Would you like some coffee or something, some water or something to drink?" They were just polite. I have gone to a lot of places. I've gone to a love of COMMENT TRUNCATED.

I have received many calls and emails from Western Ave Nissan and I certainly appreciate your correspondence. I had a positive experience on Western Avenue and would certainly recommend you....but i bought a used Toyota. Are all these concerns about a non-Nissan purchase? I have a couple of friends in the market for an economical car in the next 6 months and have mentioned my purchase. I love my car....and I have never said that before....it is, after all, just a thing. Thanks for keeping in touch.

I saw a commercial for the new Nissan Kingdom on how they could help out people who had some less than ideal times recently. I stoped by thinking the worse, but my salesman Booker, really seamed to care and went the extra step in making certain I was able to get my new Versa, which I love. I would like to thank the service department, especially Tom the service manager, for helping me out of a jam. I was in Chicago when I hit a what appeared to be a pothole as my car was no longer driveable. They were able to put everything back together within a hour or two on Saturday as I thought I would be stuck here for the weekend.
I can't thank them enough for taking the extra time and getting me back on my way home.
