Because of the neighborhood it's in, I found it to be s bit offensive compared to other Nissan dealers. Just keeping it real.

I usually don’t write reviews as most companies don’t even go beyond or above anymore when it comes to customer service. I recently had a positive experience with Western Avenue Nissan, specifically with a Manager at that location Brenda Watts. I was inquiring about a vehicle I saw online and Brenda was first articulate, patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle at hand. That type of customer service goes far especially with customers who are contemplating buying from your dealership. I want to make sure Brendais recognizes for going over and beyond for this customer as it was appreciated and made me confident in top notch customer service again where the customer is top of mind not just the deal. Owners hopefully you’re taking care of your employees especially this one when you have a gem such as her you want to make sure that they continue to shine.

I loved this dealership! I had been to numerous dealers in the city and in the suburbs of Chicago when looking to buy a car. I came to this one, and they were all so attentive. A man named Julian Outly helped me from start to finish. I told him what I was looking for in a car, but I also explained to him that my budget was limited because I’m a college student with an hourly job. Julian helped me find a car that helped with the weather conditions of where I attend school. He also found the car that was in my price range. I still wanted my father’s approval before I bought the car, but when my dad came a week later, Julian was ready for him. He convinced him why the car was a great purchase for me, and why the purchase would be lasting. So now, I’m the proud owner of a Nissan Rogue :-). The car is impeccable, and I drive all over the country in it. Just totally professional. The salesperson was Booker McGee. Mr. McGee was just fantastic. They were professional. They were attentive. They listened well. They assisted me and wanted to know what my desires were. They went about trying to satisfy what I needed in a vehicle. They were very courteous and prompt. They always returned my calls, Mr. McGee did whenever I called him. The manager of the establishment was wonderful. Everybody there was just nice and helpful. The other salespeople, the one, there's a gentleman there by the name of the Sam. I don't recall his last name, who went through the last review, I guess you could say of the operational part of the car at the time that I picked it up, just splendid. Mr. McGee was nice like I said, Man was simply wonderful. Every dealership needs a salesperson like that, because I had gone to a number of places looking at cars, but I must say that exceeded them all. Yes. All the employees were just wonderful. Like I said, Mr. Booker, Booker McGee was my salesperson. He was fantastic. Sam, who explained the operational part of the car and everything told me, because Mr. McGee was not in the day that I picked it up. He told me if I had any problems whatsoever, any questions, manager of the dealership did too. He said, "I'm telling you now, whatever it is that you're concerned about, let us know." He said, "But I'm going to tell you, first let me know, because I'm in charge of this place, see that it runs well." They were fantastic. They were nice, very cordial, like I said, professional, attentive, they were nice. Even people who were there when maybe my salesperson had to walk away for whatever reason. Somebody else would come by. "Are you being helped? Are you all right? Can I do this for you? Would you like some coffee or something, some water or something to drink?" They were just polite.
